A complete range of services designed to keep you moving, in every situation.

  • If your vehicle can’t continue the trip, a technician will come to you on site and provide immediate assistance.
  • If your car cannot be driven, a recovery vehicle will tow it to the nearest authorised Leapmotor repairer.
  • If your vehicle is immobilised, you may receive a courtesy car for up to four working days, subject to authorisation.
  • Taxi or alternative transport costs while the vehicle is off the road can be reimbursed, subject to the service conditions.
  • If your vehicle breaks down far from home, the cost of getting back home or carrying on with your trip may be covered.
  • If your vehicle is immobilised away from home, hotel accommodation may be provided until you can continue your journey.
  • Transfer costs to collect your repaired vehicle can be reimbursed, according to service conditions.
  • If your vehicle remains immobilised abroad for more than 5 days, it can be transported back home or to a local authorised repairer.

  • Yes, if your vehicle is immobilized, you may be provided with a courtesy car for up to four business days, subject to authorization.
  • If your vehicle can’t continue the trip, a technician will reach you on site and provide immediate assistance. If your car cannot move, a recovery vehicle will tow it to the nearest authorized Leapmotor repairer.
  • Mobile Workshop
    If your vehicle cannot continue its journey, a technician will assist you on-site to resolve the issue immediately.
    Towing Service
    If your car is undriveable, a recovery vehicle will tow it to the nearest Authorized Leapmotor Service Center.
    Courtesy Car
    If your vehicle is immobilized, you may be provided with a courtesy car for up to four business days, subject to authorization.
    Alternative Transport & Taxi Costs
    Expenses for taxis or alternative transport during vehicle downtime can be reimbursed, subject to terms and conditions.
    Onward Travel Support
    If your vehicle breaks down far from home, travel expenses to return home or continue your journey may be covered.
    Hotel Accommodation
    If you are stranded away from home, hotel accommodation can be provided while you wait to resume your journey.
    Vehicle Collection
    Travel costs to pick up your repaired vehicle may be reimbursed, according to the service terms.
    Vehicle Repatriation
    If your vehicle remains immobilized abroad for more than 5 days, transport back to your home country or to a local authorized workshop can be arranged.
