  • If your vehicle can’t continue the trip, a technician will reach you on site and provide immediate assistance.
  • If your car cannot move, a recovery vehicle will tow it to the nearest authorized Leapmotor repairer.
  • If your vehicle is immobilized, you may receive a courtesy car for up to four working days, subject to authorization.
  • Taxi or alternative transport costs during vehicle downtime can be reimbursed, according to service conditions.
  • If your vehicle breaks down far from home, travel costs for returning or continuing your trip may be covered.
  • If your vehicle is immobilized away from home, hotel accommodation may be provided until you can resume your journey.
  • Transfer costs to collect your repaired vehicle can be reimbursed, according to service conditions.

    If your vehicle is immobilized, you may be provided with a courtesy car for up to four business days, subject to authorization.
