A full range of services designed to keep you on the move, whatever the situation.

  • If your vehicle can’t continue the trip, a technician will come to you on site and provide immediate assistance.
  • If your car can’t move, a recovery vehicle will tow it to the nearest authorised Leapmotor repairer.
  • If your vehicle is immobilised, you may receive a courtesy car for up to four working days, subject to authorisation.
  • Taxi or alternative transport costs during vehicle downtime may be reimbursed, in accordance with the service conditions.
  • If your vehicle breaks down far from home, travel costs to return home or continue your trip may be covered.
  • If your vehicle is immobilised away from home, hotel accommodation may be provided until you can continue your journey.
  • Transfer costs to collect your repaired vehicle may be reimbursed, subject to service conditions.
  • If your vehicle remains immobilised abroad for more than 5 days, it can be transported home or to a local authorised repairer.
  • Access useful information, including opening hours and contacts for the Leapmotor assistance network.

  • You can contact the Leapmotor roadside assistance team on 00800 5327 0000.
  • Yes, if your vehicle is immobilised, you may be provided with a courtesy car for up to four business days, subject to authorisation.
  • If your vehicle can’t continue the trip, a technician will attend to you on site and provide immediate assistance. If your car cannot be driven, a recovery vehicle will tow it to the nearest authorised Leapmotor repairer.
  • Mobile Workshop
    If your vehicle can’t continue, a technician will come to you on site to sort the issue straight away.
    Towing Service
    If your car can’t be driven, a recovery vehicle will tow it to the nearest Authorised Leapmotor Service Centre.
    Courtesy Car
    If your vehicle is immobilised, you may be provided with a courtesy car for up to four working days, subject to approval.
    Alternative Transport & Taxi Costs
    Taxi or alternative transport costs during vehicle downtime may be reimbursed, subject to terms and conditions.
    Onward Travel Support
    If your vehicle breaks down far from home, the cost of getting home or carrying on with your journey may be covered.
    Hotel Accommodation
    If you are stranded away from home, hotel accommodation can be provided while you wait to continue your journey.
    Vehicle Collection
    Travel costs to collect your repaired vehicle may be reimbursed, in line with the service terms.
    Vehicle Repatriation
    If your vehicle remains immobilised abroad for more than 5 days, transport back to your home country or to a local authorised workshop can be arranged.
    Information Service
